You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. With a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction, you'll be an integral part of our team's success. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services * Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery, while also identifying opportunities to improve our sales processes * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals * Work closely with our customer service team to set and achieve customer outreach and acquisition targets * Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert guidance and support to our customers * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain a resident expert in our products and services **Training and Development** At blithequark, we're committed to ongoing learning and development. As an Entry Level Customer Success Manager, you'll receive two weeks of intensive hands-on training to become a resident expert in: * Our products and services * Albuquerque market demographics * Consultative sales techniques * Account activation, delivery methods, and installation details * Proper compliance procedures and handling of confidential customer information * And more!
