**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, investigating customer data, and providing problem resolution through effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and accurate communication
* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
* Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and receive supervision and instructions as needed
**Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills**
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
