Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation through an automated dialer
- Handle a high volume of connections, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential qualifiers
- Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the position
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity
- Assist with other projects as needed to support the team and contribute to the company's growth and success
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues to ensure uninterrupted service and optimal performance

Essential Qualifications
- Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
- Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) and high-speed internet
- Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote call center environment
- Familiarity with phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM)
