Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and resolving queries via phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving problems, and delighting our customers with your exceptional support experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
  • Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, followed by ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required
