Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish and English)
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide expert solutions
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a smile, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
Qualifications and Requirements

- The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
