Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join our team on a full-time contract basis, with the potential for contract to hire. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese, with Spanish speaking skills being an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Education and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree being preferred. Relevant experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, is highly desirable. Your bilingual skills in English and Portuguese are essential, with Spanish speaking skills being an added advantage.
