About the Role
As a Part-time Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional manner. Your primary objective will be to convert these conversations into valuable leads, ultimately contributing to our clients' revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our clients
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and databases
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review and follow-up
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring you are well-equipped to assist customers effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
To succeed as a Part-time Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- Availability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
- A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred
