Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and move/lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, with minimal supervision
