Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
• A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction
