About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive
  • Manage customer accounts, including data entry, updates, and maintenance, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance goals
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a reliable computer and internet connection, to ensure efficient and effective work performance
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period, to facilitate virtual training and communication
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period, to ensure successful onboarding and knowledge development
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required, to ensure stable and secure internet access
  • NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers and/or Satellite, to ensure reliable and efficient connectivity
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders, to ensure stable and secure internet access

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, with experience handling high-volume calls and resolving customer complaints
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using technology to manage customer interactions and data
  • Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers, a plus
