Location Remote – Currently accepting applications for residents of all states EXCEPT California, Colorado, Montana, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania Status 1099 Contractor | Flexible, Remote Role PAY RANGE The Virtual Assistant pay range starts at $19-$22 per hour based on experience and skillset. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on the number of contracted hours. BELAY does not guarantee hours or clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain executive calendars and appointments. • Manage and organize emails, ensuring efficiency and clarity. • Create and prepare presentations or spreadsheets as required. • Handle social media management, content creation, and posting. • Build structure, workflows, and processes to streamline client operations. • Research technologies and make thoughtful recommendations. • Administer CRMs by updating and entering client data. • Arrange travel (flights, cars, hotel reservations) and handle event coordination. • Assist with project management and event planning. • Offer personal assistance as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and client satisfaction. KEY QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ years of administrative experience required; 3+ years preferred. • Must be available during normal business hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (in your time zone) for regular client communication; this role cannot be combined with another job that limits availability during these hours. • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. • Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains a high level of confidentiality. • Excellent communicator, with a friendly, professional demeanor. • At-home office setup with Mac/PC computer (minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, MS Office) and a reliable internet connection. • Smartphone with email capabilities. • A quiet, designated workspace for professional duties.
