About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote professionals. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure seamless experiences
  • Enter data into various platforms to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a third-party background check
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work to meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and data entry systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
