Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties that contribute to the effective operation of our customer service and data entry functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up with callers who have left messages, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
  • Accurately entering feedback into our database and maintaining proper documentation records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our quality standards.
  • Retrieving status updates on feedback from our database, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of our feedback centre, including performing tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Reviewing data entries to identify and correct errors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.
  • Utilizing tools like Google Maps to identify postal codes based on feedback provider information, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Conducting simple data analysis to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

Customer Service Duties

In the customer service aspect of your role, you will be the face and voice of blithequark, interacting with customers to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, providing timely and personalized support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to your supervisor as needed.
  • Providing product or service information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.

Data Entry Duties

In the data entry aspect of your role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance with our quality standards. Your duties will include:

  • Entering data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Maintaining proper documentation records, ensuring compliance with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil), enabling you to effectively converse with callers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the use of e-forms, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience working with databases, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently, with a meticulous and organized approach to your work.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Prior customer service or call centre experience is desirable, although not essential, as training will be provided.
