Senior Director, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Strategic Account Services (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Create and deliver a strategic customer growth vision for long-term value.
• Manage account teams overseeing health plan payers with significant annual contract value.
• Provide strategic thinking and thought leadership to inspire innovation and transformation.
• Support teams in developing compelling value propositions and competitive market insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive sustainable growth and align with customers' business strategies.
Requirements
• 10 years' experience in managing large (1MM member) health payers.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield landscape of health plans and inter-plan operations.
• BA or BS in any field plus relevant job-related experience; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in strategy implementation and financial acumen.
Nice-to-haves
• Payer experience within the Blues Plans.
• Healthcare Technology experience.
• Proven track record in people leadership and development.
