Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operation Intake Coordinator I – Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all required document types. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all documents within the required workflow system, ensuring efficient and timely distribution
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming documents for imaging and data entry
- Image incoming paper documents, maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and processing documentation
- Enter pertinent claims information from source documents, ensuring data accuracy and validation
- Communicate findings and update internal systems as applicable, ensuring seamless communication with team members
- Work independently and without direct supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and production standards
- Assist team members in other areas, both in-office and remote, to align with business needs and ensure seamless operations
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with production-related experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, ensuring data security and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as business needs require
