About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services, including data entry, customer service, and claims coordination. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, as any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, math, and computer skills
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
