Real Estate Digital Content Creator

The ideal candidate will be able to create and execute a marketing plan that will increase engagement and ultimately sales. A star candidate will be able to read the room and bring out the best in our agents to create authentic, compelling content that connects. You will be responsible for the production and editing of high-quality video content from conception to completion as well as crafting captivating social media posts, optimizing email campaigns, creating effective newsletters and producing website content. You'll leverage your expertise to increase brand awareness, engagement and website traffic.
Job Duties:
· Craft creative copy for marketing communications, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
· Conceiving, designing and producing platform led content, including videos, reels and stories tailored to each platform’s unique audience and algorithmic requirements.
· Plan, create, and execute automated email campaigns to nurture leads and existing customers.
· Oversee marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, automation, CRM activities, and creation & editing of videos.
· Monitoring and analyzing marketing and social media performance to optimize future content and improve audience engagement while identifying areas for improvement.
· Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate with teams to drive creative excellence. Create and edit website content pages, manage blog posts, optimize website elements for search engines, and ensure a smooth user experience.
· Collaborate with Team Leader to produce creative and engaging blog content.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends including short form story telling and AI powered production tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Must have experience with editing long form video
· Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or a strong passion for a career in this field
· Self-starter, capable of managing own workload and operating independently
· Problem solver, eager to take on challenges and develop effective solutions
· Driven by personal growth and development by exploring new opportunities and stepping outside their comfort zone

· Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including content, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
· Highly creative with a genuine enthusiasm for crafting compelling copy that engages audiences
· Strong technical proficiency with MS Office, CRM databases, email marketing platforms, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Video editing software
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
· Outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
