The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be the bridge between our customers, product, and sales teams, transforming insights into impact and driving AI adoption by scaling innovative hiring workflows with forward-thinking teams. Key Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and driving success through strategic thinking and product expertise.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or fast-paced, customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B startups.
A strong academic foundation and analytical thinking.
Proven ability to engage with both executive stakeholders and operational end-users, understanding their different needs and success metrics.
Strategic, data-driven, and relentlessly curious, with a natural ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
