As a growing company, we're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Your Role** As our Manager of Customer Service, you'll play a critical role in driving excellence in delivery and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll lead and support a team of 8-10 global OPMs on daily operational tasks and projects, ensuring adherence to global business processes and strategies.
