Your Role: Customer Service Specialist for Wholesale Operations

As a Customer Service Specialist for Wholesale Operations at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering industry-leading customer service to our retail partners and sales representatives. You'll be a creative problem solver, a skilled communicator, and a key information provider, helping our sales team and retail partners achieve success in our shared mission. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, provide professional support, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, responding promptly to questions and order requests and building relationships.
  • Provide accurate product pricing and availability quotes, ensuring that customers have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of order management, including placing new orders, revising existing orders, processing returns, managing future product reservations, and providing updates.
  • Access and combine information from multiple systems to provide order details, analyze problems, and identify solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and technologies, enabling you to engage in informed conversations with customers and provide expert support.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use daily reporting to manage orders in your territory, identify trends, and optimize your workflow.
  • Track and report recurring problems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, credit department, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the team's success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required, with 2+ years preferred.
  • Knowledge of athletic footwear, athletic apparel, and sports equipment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with adverse situations positively and professionally.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (such as Zendesk).
  • Accuracy in typing, spelling, and grammar, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude, with a keen sense of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a hourly wage range of $18.79 to $20.10, depending on your geographic location.
