About the Role

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and stay motivated and focused on achieving performance goals.
