**Project Details**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be working on a project with a client whose innovative software helps property owners identify potential overpayments on their property taxes and leverages automation to secure eligible tax reductions. This is not a sales role, but rather a customer support position where you will serve as a warm and knowledgeable point of contact, answering inbound customer inquiries about the client's services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle phone-based customer support in both Spanish and English, providing clear, friendly assistance to customers seeking more information.
* Answer inbound customer inquiries about the client's services, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilize strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* Research and learn new things each day to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
* Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, taking pride in helping customers find the best solution.
**Project Hours and Commitment**
* Project hours: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm (All Times Pacific)
* Commitment: 20 hours per week for 90 days (as needed)
**Hourly Pay Rate**

* Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
