**Your Profile**

* Fluency in Polish (mother-tongue) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong background in healthcare, with experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a related medical field
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Initial experience in handling customer requests via phone and email, with a proven track record of providing first-class service
* The ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as needed
