**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative for Ryder Vehicle Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns and issues, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Asset Management, to ensure seamless customer interactions and meet customer demands.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts related to Retail Vehicle Sales support
* Maintain ownership of customer inquiries (cases) until resolution is communicated to the customer
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and drive sales growth
* Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain accurate records
* Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management
**Additional Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies' policies
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Skills and Abilities**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to get both verbal and written communication across that has the desired effect
* Goal-oriented, drive for results, assertive, and deal well with ambiguity
* Possesses a high degree of initiative

**Qualifications**
* High School diploma/GED required
* One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required
