**Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Taking charge of level 1 queries and smoothly handing off more complex cases to our level 2 and 3 teams.
* Collaborating closely with our product teams to ensure accurate and efficient responses.

**Requirements**
