The Seasonal Clerical & Admin Support role provides essential administrative and customer service support during peak business periods. You’ll assist with scheduling, data entry, client communications, and daily office coordination — all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support billing, invoicing, and report preparation.
• Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the operations team.
Qualifications
• Previous administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
