As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for resolving standard and non-standard customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a seamless and positive manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Resolve standard and non-standard customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a seamless and positive manner
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
* Apply in-depth product knowledge obtained through ongoing cycles of working with routine and non-routine subject matter
* Ask effective probing and/or open and closed-ended questions to help in issue resolution in a conversational manner with customers
* De-escalate challenging customer inquiries, comments, and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
* Ability to apply in-depth product knowledge obtained through ongoing cycles of working with routine and non-routine subject matter
* Ability to ask effective probing and/or open and closed-ended questions that will help in issue resolution in a conversational manner with customers
* Ability to de-escalate challenging customer inquiries, comments, and concerns
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to work from home in various locations
