Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist gig workers in navigating the blithequark platform, troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter, and providing guidance on how to maximize their experience.
  • Actively promote the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers, encouraging engagement and participation in our platform.
  • Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly addressed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
