**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Phlebotomist Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for providing phlebotomy services across multiple locations and performing accurate and timely data entry to support our clinical and administrative operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing blood draws and other specimen collections following standard procedures and protocols
* Ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during specimen collection
* Accurately labeling, documenting, and processing specimens for transport to laboratories
* Maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control
* Traveling between assigned locations to provide phlebotomy services as needed
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked phlebotomy workspace
* Entering patient, specimen, and test information into laboratory information systems (LIS) with high accuracy
* Receiving, reviewing, and entering patient data into laboratory information systems (LIS) with high accuracy
* Reviewing and verifying data to ensure completeness and correctness
* Compiling, organizing, and analyzing data for reporting purposes
* Identifying and correcting data discrepancies or escalating issues as necessary
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations
* Completing data entry in a scheduled, timely manner
* Collaborating with management and internal teams to implement and evaluate improvements
* Understanding and validating record-keeping processes
* Understanding healthcare operations and systems
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
* Certification in phlebotomy (if required by state)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in phlebotomy and data entry (experience in a healthcare setting preferred)
* Minimum of 2 years of IOP experience
* Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and comfortable working with diverse patient populations
* Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Familiarity with EMR/LIS systems and Google Workspace
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in dynamic environments
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude
