About the Role
As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our French customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, and WhatsApp, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. This is not a traditional ticket-factory role; instead, you will have the opportunity to solve real problems for real food businesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our product and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted point of contact for French customers, providing multilingual support via chat, email, and WhatsApp
- Collaborate with external agents, coaching and supporting quality in your market to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Troubleshoot issues with confidence, escalating complex problems clearly and efficiently when needed
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and share ideas to fix them at the root, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and service
- Support the adoption of new tools and workflows, particularly automation and AI, to enhance our customer support capabilities
What You Bring to the Table
