  • Assist members with online account setup, order tracking, and payment-related questions, providing clear and concise guidance and support.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates, continually striving to improve your skills and performance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM system and other software applications.
  • Customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and active listening skills, demonstrating a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, handling multiple customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours
