**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the go-to person for technical questions from customers and prospects, providing expert guidance and support.
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues hands-on, using your technical expertise to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identifying patterns in customer challenges and improving processes, including documentation, tools, and workflows, to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Feeding customer insights and recurring needs back into the Product team to shape our roadmap and drive innovation.
* Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customers get the most out of our Platform Orchestrator.
* Sharing your infrastructure expertise and advocating for best practices around Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern cloud-native tooling.
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with customers.
* A solid technical foundation in software or infrastructure, including Terraform, Kubernetes, and IaC. You don't need to be a guru, but you should be confident jumping into technical detail.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests without losing track of the details.
* A proactive, self-driven mindset, with a willingness to own problems and see them through to resolution.
**It Would Be a Plus If You Have:**
* Experience in Platform Engineering, IDPs, or the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
* Previous customer-facing technical experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
