As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling high amounts of live chat and phone calls with professionalism and poise

* Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers in a clear and concise manner
* Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options within the time limits, and following up to secure resolution

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
* Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
* Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
* Strong ability in using IT for professional use and handling somewhat technical queries from customers
* Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
* Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a big plus
* Multi-lingual capability is a big plus
