Our mission is to rethink the vehicle ownership experience, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **The Role** As a Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of emergency roadside situations, from flat tires and dead batteries to lockouts and mechanical failures. You will act as a lifeline for customers, coordinating with service providers like tow trucks, locksmiths, and jump-start teams while ensuring timely updates and reassurance.
