A client of Insight Global in the security systems space is seeking a talented Salesforce Admin. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the our Salesforce platform to support our sales’, service, installation, and customer support teams. This role will ensure the data integrity and system functionality are maintained while identifying opportunities for process improvements to drive business success. Must haves: • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Experience with Field Service Lightning (Salesforce Field Service) • Minimum of 5 years SF Admin experience • Excellent problem solving skills and "outside of the box" thinking • High attention to detail • Very comfortable with flows and third party app integrations Skills & Specifications: • Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, data management, and system configuration • Proficiency in Field Service Lighting (Salesforce Field Service) • Salesforce Consultant (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and Salesforce Architect Certifications a plus • Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring scalable, maintainable solutions in customer-facing roles, including advising on Field Service operations strongly preferred • Deep understanding of native Salesforce features and functionality, as well as the ability to model a role hierarchy, data model, and appropriate sharing mechanisms • Proven ability to evaluate architecture and business requirements to design scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, with an emphasis on enterprise data management • Strong analytical skills and ability to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and training skills to support users and stakeholders • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications Duties & Responsibilities • System Management and Maintenance: Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (and integrations), ensuring system efficiency and data integrity; manage user accounts, including setting up new users, roles, profiles, and permissions; monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. • Data Management: Perform regular data audits and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and completeness; oversee data import/export processes and manage data migration activities. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement system enhancements and process automations to improve user experience and business operations; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance their understanding and use of the platform; effectively communicate changes and best practices; develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. • Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage customer reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance; work with management to develop strategic reporting and metrics. • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures; manage data security and access controls in collaboration with IT as needed; stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient system.
