Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of a team at Affinity responsible for delivering and maintaining a world-class CRM solution. You will be responsible for configuration, design, testing and end-user support of SFDC. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Successful candidate will need to be motivated, team-oriented and comfortable collaborating across different departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all aspects of user and license setup, including new user/transfer/deactivation, profiles, roles and hierarchies, record ownership transfers, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules • Execute configuration changes, including, but not limited to, assignment rules, restriction rules, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, custom settings, custom metadata, actions, web-to-lead and web-to-case, list views, dashboards, and reports. • Be proficient with Salesforce Flow functionality. • Manage all security settings, conduct regular security/configuration audits and Health checks to optimize system security and performance. • Manage user support requests, maintain optimal issue resolution turnaround. • Provide post go-live support and ensure issues are resolved on time to get the full benefit out of enhancements • Manage sandbox environment setup. • Actively participate in the data discovery leveraging data management systems and/or other data sources. • Perform new release evaluation and execute new functionality rollouts. • Regularly audit data to uncover and remedy data integrity issues, perform data cleanup and de-duplication. • Maintain technical documentation and participate in testing of new functionality. • Implement and maintain integrated applications. • Work with developers to coordinate any required code changes. • Assist in the solutioning of business problems and work with stakeholders to define system requirements. • Assist with translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria. • Assist with coordination of communication, and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the Product Backlog. • Be a liaison between Commercial Lending team and nCino Admin+/Premier Support team(s). Open and keep track of nCino related tickets. • All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Salesforce.com and other Salesforce products development on the force.com MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification is required. • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce as an administrator • Experience across a wide variety of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum, hybrid, etc.) • Knowledge of nCino is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud is preferred • Experience with SDLC tools (Jira or equivalent) • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, object customization, and security model • Knowledge of APEX, Copado (or a similar DevOps tool), Shield is preferred • Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translating those into technology and operational requirements. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Enthusiastic, professional, and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email and electronic calendar (Outlook), Zoom • Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar flowcharting application Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
