About the Role: Customer Solutions Consultant

As a Customer Solutions Consultant at blithequark, you will embody our core value of earning our customers' love by serving as a strategic partner to our enterprise clients. Your role will combine strong technical knowledge with exceptional customer-facing skills, guiding clients on best practices, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring the scalability and technical health of their deployments. You will manage a portfolio of high-value customers, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand their goals, map solutions, and drive the adoption of blithequark's cutting-edge technology.

  • Advise customers on technical architectures and integration patterns, leveraging your expertise to optimize their deployments and influence their roadmaps.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with technical execution to ensure our customers achieve their mission-critical goals.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer deployments, proposing solutions that align with their strategic business objectives and drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building Long-Term Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted technical partner for our enterprise customers, providing guidance on architectural best practices, integration patterns, and scalability strategies.

  • Driving Customer Success: Take ownership of customer outcomes, ensuring their deployments are technically healthy and mature. Anticipate challenges, propose proactive solutions, and influence technical decision-making to align with strategic business goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to represent the customer's voice, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations that drive cross-functional alignment and accelerate customer adoption.

  • Strategic Advisory: Analyze customer environments to uncover opportunities for optimization, performance tuning, and advanced use cases. Shape customer roadmaps through data-driven recommendations, positioning blithequark as a trusted long-term partner.

  • Experience in building solutions with Apache Kafka, Hadoop, relational and NoSQL databases, message queues, APIs, and related products, showcasing your expertise in data streaming technologies.

  • Proficiency in Java or other modern programming languages and distributed systems, with a keen understanding of software development principles and practices.

  • A basic understanding of Linux (e.g., Red Hat or Debian), reflecting your familiarity with operating systems and their applications.
