**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To succeed as a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
* Previous experience as a CSM for HR tech is highly preferred, but not required
* Bachelor's degree not required, but strongly preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven insights to inform customer success strategies
* Strong relationship-building and customer advocacy skills
* Experience with customer success platforms, tools, and technologies
