**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and checking in customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
* Ensuring that prohibited items are not brought into the testing room, maintaining a secure and safe environment
* Helping customers resolve test and registration issues, providing expert guidance and support
* Providing information and guidance on check-in/check-out processes, ensuring seamless transactions
* Monitoring in-progress testing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all customers
* Regular upkeep of staff areas and the testing room, maintaining a clean and organized environment
* Providing support and developing skills for Scanning Operations, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes
* Interacting with faculty and staff, answering questions about the testing system and Testing Center policy
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and colleagues
* Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically walk through the testing room, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Flexibility to work a second shift schedule, typically from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM during days with evening testing, and first shift when there is no evening testing
* Ability to learn how to use new software, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Prior experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures is preferred

* Experience working in a testing or scanning environment, with a focus on accuracy and precision
