**Available Roles**
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
* **Customer Support Agent**: As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Content Moderator**: As a Content Moderator at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content, ensuring that it meets our community guidelines and standards.
**Position Details**
* **Languages Required**: Czech (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
* **Locations**: Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece (including remote options)
* **Contract Type**: Permanent with full benefits, including medical insurance
* **Relocation Support**: Provided (flight and accommodation support in most locations)
* **Salary**: Between 1300-2200 euro/month (depending on the role and country), bonuses available

**Essential Qualifications**
* **Czech language proficiency**: You must have a C1+ level of proficiency in Czech, with excellent written and spoken skills.
* **English language proficiency**: You must have a B1-B2 level of proficiency in English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
* **Customer service experience**: You must have experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Content moderation experience**: You must have experience in content moderation, with a proven track record of ensuring online safety and promoting a positive online community.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or psychology, is preferred.
* **Customer service certifications**: You may hold customer service certifications, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
* **Content moderation certifications**: You may hold content moderation certifications, such as the Certified Content Moderator (CCM) or the Certified Online Safety Specialist (COSS).
