**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Chat Writing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and email systems, utilizing saved templates and step-by-step workflows to ensure fast, consistent service
* Helping users reset passwords, manage subscriptions, and navigate account settings, providing clear, concise guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Escalating complicated cases to higher-tier support when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Accurately summarizing each conversation and applying relevant ticket tags to facilitate efficient issue resolution

**Pay & Scheduling Details**
* Starting pay: $25/hour
* Earn up to $30–$35/hour after 30 successful shifts and strong QA scores
* Choose your own schedule weekly: morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available
* Work 15–40 hours per week based on your availability

* 2 hours of self-paced onboarding videos to introduce you to blithequark's systems and processes
* 3 simulated chats/emails with coaching feedback to ensure you're comfortable with our workflows
* First shift monitored by QA support to provide guidance and feedback
* Start working within 3–5 business days after acceptance
