**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact, resolving or escalating customer inquiries and/or complaints as needed
* Processing counter transactions, documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
* Processing payments and maintaining customer accounts, assisting with light collections or handling billing inquiries as assigned
* Demonstrating strong data entry skills and attention to detail, working well in a fast-paced environment
* Providing resolution to gas and/or water service needs of customers, determining that service requests are within the scope of work performed by blithequark
* Maintaining and managing parts inventory, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurately submitted in a timely manner
* Taking responsibility for all aspects of daily tasks and actions, maintaining professionalism, integrity, security, image, and confidentiality of information and records as required by the position
* Attending all safety meetings, training, and/or in-services, with regular attendance at the worksite required
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma/GED required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred
* Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
* Exercise solid organizational and communication skills, with good phone skills and computer literacy (MS Office)
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time, with a stable work history and ability to follow verbal and written directions
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and safety, with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing situations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Advanced knowledge of water solutions, with experience in a related field
* Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers
* Effectively collaborate with leadership and employees to establish goals and standards
* Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
**Work Environment:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced office environment, regularly interrupted to meet the needs and requests of fellow employees and/or customers. You'll be required to manage multiple tasks at once, work in a busy environment, and experience sensory demands due to excessive computer use. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
**Travel:**
Local travel only is required for this position.
