**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* **Connecting with customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns.
* **Resolving issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalating interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Tracking call-related information**: Record all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing feedback**: Offer feedback on call issues.
* **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Proven Call Center Experience**: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
* **Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting**: Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and setup is essential.
* **Core Proficiency with a Laptop or Desktop Computer**: You'll need to be comfortable using a laptop or desktop computer and have basic knowledge of Windows-based systems.
* **Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
* **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Preferred**: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

To work from home, you'll need:
