Our Content team is looking for an enthusiastic Editorial Lead (Copy & Content) to join us! We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. The Editorial Lead (Copy & Content) is responsible for overseeing the schedule of a team of external quality control copy editors and ensuring that the highest quality content is produced for our customers. This role's primary objective is to ensure the utmost quality and consistency in our content, including copy editing, ensuring quality standards are met, and achieving the right tone and voice. This individual will spearhead AI-driven initiatives to implement AI tools in the conception and drafting phases of content. The Editorial Lead (Copy & Content) must be skilled in copy editing/writing, project management, and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. We work with 9 of the top 10 Private Practice and hospital systems nationwide, and 6 of the top 10 home health organizations. have a nearly 100% client retention rate and are continuing that work in 2024 and beyond In this role, you will: • Oversee copy editor contractors and assign content ready to be reviewed so it meets deadlines • Copy edit content, including high-priority, fast turnaround requests • Drive AI initiatives to implement AI tools in the conception and drafting phases of content • Maintain department tools like Grammarly and find ways to innovate the course quality review process • Collaborate with department leads and managers to identify areas of quality improvement for different product offerings • Update copy editing documentation and guidelines to ensure Medbridge content is the highest quality and the company is up-to-date on the latest style standards • Work closely with the Post-Producer Manager to ensure copy editor contractors are operating efficiently and meeting quality standards • Define writing styles and QC standards for different content types to push forward the quality of our content • Create scalable AI tools to support the editorial and QC process Qualifications / Competencies: • At least 3 years of copy editing and/or writing experience • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office • Demonstrated experience with AI tools • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Excellent organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Flexible and able to switch between tasks quickly Our Values: Excellence: A job worth doing is a job worth doing RIGHT. • We believe that excellence is never an accident. Salary Range: $65K- $75K At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
