Remote Closing Drains Dispatcher
Are you interested in working for a 5-star company? TE Certified, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Services Dispatcher to join our growing team.
In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is a remote position, with required evening ability.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (main focus in plumbing)
• Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management
• Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
• Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach
• Schedule will be 4 x 10 hour days Monday - Friday, and a rotating Saturdays.
• Must have your own computer with 2 monitors and a hard wired internet connection.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals
• Must reside within the state of Georgia
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in the Drains/Plumbing Dept
• 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
• Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations

Full-Time Schedule:
• M-F (rotating Saturday)
• Evening shift: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Weekends as needed
