Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to products and services, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience is a plus, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with a strong focus on empathy and customer understanding
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Environment

As a Work from Home Customer Experience Associate, you will be required to work from a private residence, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical and equipment requirements. You will need to provide a reliable Internet/Broadband Internet Connection (DSL or Cable only), with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to enable you to perform your job duties effectively.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role are primarily sedentary, with ongoing usage of phone and computer systems. You will be required to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
