Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team in Dallas, TX. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, processing orders, providing status updates, and offering customer service assistance to English and Spanish-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Essential Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 6 months to 1-year Customer Service Experience REQUIRED (Call Center or Phone Customer Service Preferred)
- Order processing experience is required
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers
