Our Home and Lifestyle blithequark Merchant Services team is a key part of this mission, working closely with merchants who sell a wide range of products, from toys and furniture to kitchen appliances and home improvement items. Our team is dedicated to driving business growth and improving client satisfaction, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our ranks.

Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic execution of plans and initiatives that have a direct impact on clients and businesses. You will work closely with blithequark's top seller partners, influencing cycles and plans across their organizations on blithequark.com and improving the end-client experience. Your commitment, relationship-building, and analytical skills are essential to fostering a trusted advisor relationship that guides and influences merchants to achieve their key and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with blithequark's top seller partners, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes
  • Provide information-driven, critical insights to guide and influence merchant decisions
  • Ensure high functional principles are maintained, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a similar role within blithequark or a similar e-commerce company
  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as the e-commerce industry as a whole
  • Experience with data analysis and market research tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Salesforce
  • Certification in a related field, such as sales or business development
