We are seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis within our route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating actionable insights, improving order trends, and driving logistics efficiencies. You will work closely with our retail partners, including Walmart and Sam's, to implement supply chain policies, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis within the blithequark route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and data analysis.
  • Conduct transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
  • Perform analysis across the order to cash value chain to determine impacts to cost, service, and waste, identifying areas for optimization and process improvement.
  • Manage GRS settings with a co-managed approach with the customer to ensure optimal orders and drive logistics efficiencies, fostering a collaborative relationship with our retail partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Walmart and Sam's to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Create and present relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment, utilizing your expertise in data analysis and visualization.
  • Analyze, validate, manipulate, and interpret complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities, leveraging your skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines, driving business excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the customer and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with the customer using industry standards, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and supply chain management.
  • Address all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales to ensure all needs are met, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  • Develop appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel to ensure strong performance management, driving business excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, providing a solid foundation in supply chain management and data analysis.
  • 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen to include the end-to-end order management process, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and data analysis.
  • Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
  • Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI, and advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required).
  • Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus), providing a solid foundation in supply chain management and data analysis.
  • Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience, fostering a customer-centric culture and driving business excellence.
  • Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience (a plus), leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and data analysis to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite, providing a solid foundation in data analysis and visualization.
