As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing empathetic support and guidance to those who need it most. Your role will involve working with an automated dialer to connect with potential clients, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing personalized support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
  • Speak with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process
  • Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication and data entry
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the growth and success of our business
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage customer interactions and data, and follow scripts to ensure consistency and quality
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and assist with other projects as needed to support the team and drive business results
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, and maintain a reliable and distraction-free workspace to ensure productivity and efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles is essential, along with 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Be able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and problem-solve effectively
